The event is held on grass courts in the Queen’s Club which is in West Kensington – London. For 19 year Queens was part of the Grand Prix tennis circuit. McEnroe holds the record for most final appearances on 7. Becker was the youngest winner at just 17 in 1985. Pete Sampras won the doubles and singles tournaments in 95 and 97. Sampras was also involved in the longest final beating Tim Henman over 151 minutes in 1999.
